At this point, the gloves require further tests and inspections before they can be classified for packing. Teams of operators will carry out leakage tests, visual defect tests, and dimension measurements on the gloves, typically in batches. Batches that passed will be routed for a final inspection round before they are packed to customer order. Those that do not meet the house criteria will be reworked or downgraded, depending on the severity of the problem.
Before any consignment can be shipped, they must be subjected to a pre-shipment analysis which always include a water-tightness test. Only gloves that meet the stringent house specifications will be allowed to leave the premise.
