Our cleanroom gloves are manufactured in accordance with the ISO13485 quality standard. The gloves comply with ASTM 3578 standard and are tested against ASTM 5712 for extractable protein content.
The gloves are low in extractable proteins and cleanroom processed with extended leaching in pure de-ionized water which results in low ionic content and particulate counts. We test the gloves for extractable matters and ions as per IEST-RP-CC005 for Gloves and Fingercots used in Cleanrooms and Other Controlled Environments.
Our gloves are double chlorinated in our proprietary process with repeated washings for a consistently clean glove which is free from silicone, plasticizers and amide.
Available in latex and nitrile versions for 9" and 12" lengths.
The gloves are packed into standard 100 glove/sealed double bag, and 10 bags /double wall carton for added protection during handling.
